AI Video Blur for Mac

Part 1: Introduction

AI Video Blur uses AI technology to automatically detect and blur faces or track specific objects in videos, helping you protect privacy and hide sensitive information before sharing or publishing your videos.

Wondershare UniConverter’s AI Video Blur provides two modes: Face and Tracking. In Face mode, AI automatically detects faces in the video, allowing you to select the faces you want to blur. In Tracking mode, you can draw a tracking area around any target, and AI will automatically follow the target throughout the video.

You can customize the blur effect, including the blur intensity and effect type, such as Mosaic or Blur. You can also use Invert to keep the selected target clear while blurring the surrounding background.

Part 2: Guides

Step 1: Import a Video

Launch Wondershare UniConverter and open AI Video Blur from the Toolbox. Select and import the local video you want to process.

Step 2: Select a Blur Mode

Choose the appropriate mode based on the content you want to blur.

Face Mode: AI automatically scans the video and detects faces. Once the analysis is complete, detected faces are displayed at the top of the interface. Select the faces you want to blur.

Tracking Mode: Click Draw Tracking Area, then draw a box around the object you want to track in the video.

Step 3: Adjust the Effect and Preview

In Face Mode, once face detection is complete, select the faces you want to blur. You can adjust the blur intensity and choose an effect such as Mosaic or Blur. You can also click Invert to keep the selected faces clear while blurring the background.

In Tracking Mode, after drawing the tracking area, click Preview and wait for the tracking analysis to complete. You can then preview the tracking result in real time. You can also adjust the blur intensity and effect, or click Invert to keep the selected target clear while blurring the background.

Step 4: Preview and Export

After confirming the blur settings, export the processed video.

Face Mode:

• Direct Export: If you click Blur All Faces & Export while face detection is still loading, UniConverter will automatically blur all detected faces and export the video.
• Customized Export: After face detection is complete, the button changes to Blur & Export. Click it to export the video using your current face selections and customized settings.

Tracking Mode:

• Direct Export: After drawing the tracking area, click Blur & Export to export the video directly.
• Preview and Export: Click Preview and wait for the analysis to complete. You can preview the tracking result and adjust the blur effect as needed, then click Blur & Export to export the video with the current settings.
