Step 2 Add Video and set Highlight Duration

You’ll see a “+” icon on the Auto Highlight tool’s interface. Click it to open a Finder page and locate the video you want to extract highlights from. Alternatively, you can drag and drop the video onto the interface.

Do you see “Highlight Setting” on the tool’s right panel? Below it, there are five duration options, so click the one that best fits your preferences or needs.

You can choose between 15, 30, 60, or 90 seconds. We chose the 30-second duration because we didn’t want something too long or short.

Step 3 Export Video

Finally, click on “Export.” A few seconds, or perhaps a few minutes later (depending on the video size and duration you picked), Auto Highlight will save the video to your Mac and open the Finder window where it’s located.
