This AI tool eliminates spending hours recording your voice for several reasons. You can utilize the power of artificial intelligence to generate a voice from a script. Plus, you can select the tone of the voice and the purpose of the speech: is it for entertainment, education, or other purposes?

Part 2: Guides

Step 1 Open Wondershare UniConverter and Select Text-To-Speech

Download and install UniConverter. The tool you’ll need to launch is “Text-To-Speech,” located to the far right of the interface. Click it.

Step 2 Choose the Audio Type and Voice Tone

You have a few options to play around with to ensure the voice that narrates your text is exactly how you want it to be.

The first option is for you to choose the “Audio Type.” Depending on what you need the audio for, you can select between Narrative, Advertisement, Education, Social Media, Entertainment, or Conversation. We went with “Entertainment” for this example as we intend to entertain our audience with the speech.

Next, select your “Tone of Voice.” We’ll point out that the audio type you select will determine the tone of voice you can choose from. For instance, since we picked Entertainment as an audio type, we’re given three voice tone options: Articulated, Expressive, and Versatile.

We picked “Expressive” because our text’s subject matter is why cats are so cute; an expressive voice tone will be perfect! So, ensure you choose a tone that aligns with the context of your text.

But, mind you, if you select a different audio type, perhaps Narrative, you’ll get three voice tones different from the ones we were given. So, experiment with them and see which fits your needs the most.

Step 3 Generate Speech

Once you’re sure there are no typos in the script or text you’ve written, and after selecting all the necessary options, click “Generate.”

Wait a few seconds, and the text will be converted into speech. You can preview the speech if you want, and if you’re satisfied with what you hear, click “Export.” The audio file will be exported to your system in mp3 format.
