How to Convert Video to a JPG Image Sequence
Add your video to Converter
On Windows, launch UniConverter and open Converter. Use Add Files to import the recording. If the job is to convert MP4 to JPG, start from the original MP4 so the stills retain as much source detail as possible.
Choose an image-sequence output
Expand the output-format list, open the Image category and choose JPG sequence or PNG sequence. Select the available output quality. A sequence exports multiple images; it is not the same action as pausing a player for one screenshot.
Convert and open the frame files

To convert video to photo for a single thumbnail, choose a clearly focused moment. When you need a frame-by-frame reference or multiple images, use image-sequence conversion instead. Avoid generating a large folder of stills for a one-picture task.

A sequence can produce many files, especially for a long video. Use a dedicated destination folder and review the exported set.
