What are the limits of the trial version?
For UniConverter 13: The trial version of UniConverter is restricted to convert only 1/3 length of the video, burn 1/3 length video to DVD, download 5 video files from online sites and record limited video.
For UniConverter 13 Add-on Features: The trial version allows you to export one file for Auto Crop, Smart Trimmer, and Subtitle Editor Add-on Features while five files for Intro & Outro, Watermark Editor, and AI Portrait Add-on Features. -
Can I cancel my monthly or annual subscription?
Yes, of course, you can. The one-year subscription allows you to use this product for one year while one-month for one-month subscription and renew if you are satisfied. You will receive an e-mail notification seven days before the end of the subscription.

What is the Perpetual License?
A perpetual license is a license that does not expire, and it continues to authorize access to the current UniConverter version indefinitely.

Is one license good for both Mac and PC (Windows)?
No. PC (Windows) licenses can only be used on PC computers and Mac licenses can only be used on Mac computers. If you move from a Mac to a Windows PC, or a Windows PC to a Mac, you will not be able to transfer and activate your license on the new computer. Please make sure you are purchasing the correct version for your operating system.
