How Do You Make a Video Pixelated?

A video becomes pixelated when visible image detail is grouped into larger square blocks. To create the effect intentionally, select the whole frame or only the area you want to conceal, apply a pixel-style effect, adjust its strength and coverage, preview the result, and export.
