What are the limits of the trial version?
The trial version can only enjoy average compression speed, and quality and only supports single file (≤2MB) compression. Also, advanced settings are not supported. For any further details, please check the comparison table above.
Is the desktop account compatible with iOS products?
No. The current Paid version only use for 1 PC.
The subscription is available both on Windows and Mac?Is there any difference?
No, you have to pay for the corresponding versions of Plan for different devices. There are differences in the functions supported by the 2 systems.
Can I cancel my monthly or annual subscription?
Yes, of course you can. The one-year subscription allows you to use this product for one year and renew if you are satisfied. You will receive an e-mail notification 7 days prior to the end of the subscription.
What is the Perpetual License?
If you buy a Perpetual License you will get lifetime access to the version of the software you purchased the license for, including updates. However, this plan does not include future versions of the software. Should a new version be released, you would need to purchase a new plan to access it.
